Of our 16 singers tonight, six are founding members – Julie (our founder), Karen, Monica, Levi, Jonathan and me. When I came to my first RSVP rehearsal almost 10 years ago I was still Lin Kassouni. I had been dating Steve Walker, who came with me to that first rehearsal. He was entranced by the mission and the music and immediately volunteered to be our Sound Engineer (and is another founding member). Six months later I became Lin Kassouni Walker, and that was RSVP’s first marriage. |
