Adopt an Elder The Adopt an Elder Foundation believes in the principle that every person and their family deserves the right to choose how they age and how the delivery of care will be administered. The Adopt an Elder Foundation is a program designed to subsidize low-income, Medi-Cal eligible seniors needing daily care and supervision in an assisted living community. We believe personal preference, quality of care and dignified living choices promotes independence and healthy attitudes for all concerned.
